There is no contract between Tripkarttravels and the client until the agency has not received the initial deposit amount of the specified tour package.
Advance payment or token amount will not be refunded in any case. Clients can postpone their tour date only once for the same trip.
A 50% cancellation fee will be charged if cancelled 10 days before check-in.
A 75% cancellation fee will be charged if cancelled 07 days before check-in.
A 100% cancellation fee will be charged if cancelled less than 7 days before check-in.
There will be no refund for NO SHOWS.
Note:- *only written cancellation will be accepted on all working days except on weekly or gazetted holidays.
If there is any cancellation request sent by the customer on holiday. It will be considered on the next working day.
For the peak period of Christmas and New Year starting from 15th December to 5th January, the payment will not be refundable.
