Cancellation and Postponement Policy for Tripkart Travels

Initial Deposit and Contract Formation

– A binding contract between Tripkart Travels and the client is formed only upon receipt of the initial deposit amount for the specific tour package.
– The advance payment or token amount is non-refundable in all cases.

Postponement

– Clients can postpone their tour date only once for the same trip, subject to availability and potential additional costs.

Cancellation

– Upon cancellation, the client shall forfeit the entire amount as per below details:

Tour Packages

– 10 days or more before departure: 50% of the total package cost
– 7-10 days before departure: 75% of the total package cost
– Less than 7 days before departure: 100% of the total package cost

Hotel Bookings

– Cancellation policy varies depending on the hotel’s policy.

Cab Bookings

– 24 hours or more before scheduled pickup: No cancellation charges
– Less than 24 hours before scheduled pickup: 50% of the total cab cost

Bus Tickets

– Cancellation policy varies depending on the bus operator’s policy.

Train Tickets

– Cancellation charges as per Indian Railways’ policy.

Air Tickets

– Cancellation policy varies depending on the airline’s policy.

General Terms

– Cancellation Requests: Must be made in writing via email or online portal.
– Cancellation Charges: Are non-refundable.
– Refunds: if applicable Will be processed after deducting applicable charges within 7-14 working days.
